Job description
The Transportation Maintenance Supervisor will be managing the CVS Health, La Habra, transportation shop. You will lead and develop a team of 10 colleagues, consisting of mechanics and service associates.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the budget and the forecasting for all shop and transportation activities. You will ensure compliance and regulatory requirements for tractors/trailers, environmental compliance, training, invoicing, parts room management, reporting, managing equipment replacements, fueling accountabilities, and reporting and all respective department safety and compliance.
**This role is primarily 1st shift; however, you will also have responsibility for 2nd and 3rd shift and weekends as well**
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 83,400
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience specific to transportation shops
- Experience with Excel/Word and PowerPoint
- Database experience
- 5% travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Union environment
- Certified mechanic (or mechanical training certificates)
- OSHA training
- Related regulatory and compliance training & knowledge
- Bachelors degree
