Wiser Solutions is a suite of in-store and eCommerce intelligence and execution tools. We're on a mission to enable brands, retailers, and retail channel partners to gather intelligence and automate actions to optimize pricing, marketing, and operations initiatives, both in-store and online. Our Commerce Execution Suite is available globally.

As Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, you will own a huge part of that experience, ensuring our total rewards strategy continues to support our culture and growth. We're looking for a leader who has a strategic mindset and a get stuff done attitude to oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits.

You will work closely with our SVP People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Executive, and Finance Teams. We’re passionate about delivering a top-notch employee experience that supports and enhances our culture here at Wiser.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute on a comprehensive global total rewards approach which will align with our culture and business strategy allowing us to attract, retain, and motivate top talent and ensure equity across all diversity lenses.
  • Support and manage compensation practices for all employee groups (executive, sales, and broad-based comp) for a diverse employee population.
  • Help design, budget, and administer the annual compensation review process and company bonus programs.
  • Maintain company pay ranges and periodic benchmarking process.
  • Educate managers and recruiters on best approaches to attract, engage, and retain talent from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
  • Partner with leaders and serve as a compensation consultant to deliver broad based cash and total rewards programs, including regularly modeling a variety of rewards scenarios.
  • Effectively partner cross functionally with Talent, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and managers across the organization to ensure our programs align with our strategic objectives and support our culture.
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation tools and systems that will allow us to scale.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits practices in relation to all of our local markets and propose changes to remain competitive.
  • Own the communications strategy and plan for compensation and benefits, ensuring our employees understand all that’s being offered.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience designing compensation and benefits programs, ideally at rapidly growing, global companies.
  • Experience building and implementing comprehensive global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience with Sales compensation.
  • Comfortable and excited to work in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to drive consensus and engagement across a wide variety of stakeholders in multiple parts of the business.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools such as Salary.com or Radford.
  • Experience with pre-IPO equity and profit-sharing programs in the US and internationally.
  • Data-driven with a strong ability to analyze data, turning data into insights and action plans aligned with company goals.
  • Ability to drive strategy with a get stuff done mindset.
  • Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and impacts related to Total Rewards programs (FLSA, Sec 125, ERISA, 409A, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with business stakeholders and team members across multiple functions to review cross-departmental impacts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be $120,000 to $150,000, at the time of this posting.Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions.
