Job Description:
This position is designed to complete tooling activities that are set by priority that will come from the team leader and/or superintendent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completing various work activities listed on the priority work list distributed weekly such as:
· Spotting, Grinding, Welding repairs made to tooling.
· Repairing water and hydraulic leaks.
· Changing core pins and inserts.
· Die verifications.
· PM check sheets for dies in the shop and/or on the production floor.
· Organizing dies in the tooling shop.
· 5s projects and general housekeeping.
· Email updates/report at the end of every shift on the completion status of work.
· Ability to issue out any SAP items used for repairs.
· Cylinder Repairs.
· Basic Machining.
Experience Required:
·High School Diploma.
·Experience in tooling and die repair preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
