The Role:

• As a TikTok Street Interview Content Creator, your mission will be to:
• Hit the streets and engage with strangers from all walks of life, sparking conversations that are entertaining, relatable, and share-worthy
• Develop unique and creative interview concepts that resonate with Gen Z and broader audiences
• Edit and produce high-quality TikTok videos that showcase your interview skills and dynamic personality
• Monitor TikTok trends and incorporate them into your content to keep things fresh and relevant
• Work independently, taking ownership of your projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• Outgoing, sociable, and comfortable approaching and interviewing strangers on the street
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for making people feel at ease
• A strong understanding of TikTok trends, user behavior, and content styles
• Experience creating and editing TikTok videos (preferred but not required)
• A smartphone with a high-quality camera and a basic understanding of video editing apps/software
• We don't care if you went to school and studied marketing; we value creativity, passion, and drive!
