We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Psychologist to join our remote team in Texas. As a remote School Psychologist, you will work with K-12 students to promote their academic, social, and emotional well-being. You will conduct assessments, provide counseling and intervention services, and collaborate with educators and parents to develop effective support plans for students.
Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and needs in academic, social-emotional, and behavioral domains
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to teachers and parents for developing effective interventions and accommodations
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students using teleconferencing and other remote technologies
• Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Monitor and track student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and communicate with stakeholders regarding student outcomes

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Current Texas state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 educational setting
• Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using teleconferencing and other remote technology for counseling and assessment purposes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop and implement effective interventions for students with learning and behavioral challenges
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
