Your Role with The Company:
– Developing and executing test plans to validate product performance, reliability, and durability
– Designing and building test fixtures and equipment as needed
– Analyzing test data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
– Working closely with design engineers to ensure product performance and quality requirements are met
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, an purchasing to ensure a smooth transition from design to production
– Maintaining accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and recommendations
– This position reports to the Testing Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– Experience in testing and validation
– Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems
– Strong Analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Familiarity with CAD software and design principles a plus
