EXACT Sports is a seeking part-time youth tennis instructors to teach classes and clinics for athletes ages 8-12. Ideal candidates must be patient, professional, and love working with kids.

Current opening: Berwyn on Mondays 6/5-7/17 5:30-6:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Instruct youth sports, classes, and clinics following EXACT Sport’s youth program curriculum.
• Lead a group of youth athletes in age-appropriate drills, activities, and games.
• Maintain open communication with participants, parents, and other staff members.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes.
• Deliver a positive experience to all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledgeable about sport-specific skills and rules.
• Previous playing or coaching experience.
• Possess good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to lead a group of kids.
• Demonstrates patience, kindness, attentiveness, and positivity.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods.
