Temporary Precast Construction Labor

We are seeking an energetic, reliable TEMPORARY Installation Team Member with a willingness to learn all aspects of our foundation install process. Temporary employees will be employed by the Company to supplement the work force through an agreed upon length of time typically ranging from 2 to 6 months and will travel throughout the northeast territory. Occasional overnight trips are required with opportunities to work with our sister company in Ephrata, PA. Start and end times per day will vary based on jobsite needs. Duties will include ladder work, setting, squaring and leveling of wall panels.

All Install employees must be able to:

• Work with flexibility for various shift start and end times;
• Move/lift 80 lbs.;
• Climb up and down a ladder, walk, stand, bend and twist frequently;
• Accurately and consistently read a tape measure;
• Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others;
• Have a valid driver’s license; and
• Report to work on time every day as scheduled. Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST!

Experience in the concrete and/or the construction industry and an OSHA 10 card holder is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Team Members will ride in a company vehicle to/from jobsites and may occasionally be asked to operate our company vehicles.
