Technical Support Analyst

Spokane Valley, WA
JOB SUMMARY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST:
- Epitec is seeking an entry-level Technical Support Analyst to provide basic technical support to clients including troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebook issues.
- This Technical Support Analyst will work on-site, Monday - Friday in Spokane Valley, WA from 8am - 5pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST:
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks.
- Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
- Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.
- Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST:
- 1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 - 3 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 - 3 years technical experience a plus.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST:
- Previous experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebook issues.
- Very strong user and support of MSOffice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule.
