Excellent opportunity to join All Roads Company, a rapidly growing organization with headquarters in Maryland. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our internal IT team and support our equipment, commercial truck, and automotive operations from our Dundalk, MD location. This is an on-site role and may require travel to other locations in Maryland and/or Delaware. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in a technical support role, is self-motivated, and has a strong Microsoft base of knowledge.

General Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end users
• Manage existing business systems and software for our equipment, commercial truck, and automotive divisions
• Assist department leaders in identifying, analyzing, and implementing solutions or business process improvements
• Work with existing technology solution vendors to optimize performance and feature adoption
• Take proactive measures to identify and improve internal efficiencies; remain current on best practices and market trends
• General technology projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements Include:

• 2-5 years of proven technical support experience or experience in a related role
• Experience in Microsoft/ Office 365/ SharePoint/ Active Directory/ Salesforce environments a plus
• Successful history of managing technical projects through all phases including planning, implementation, and monitoring
• High School Diploma Required, College or Certifications a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
