Coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

-Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing devices for internal stakeholders, App partners, trialists, and vendors

-Coordinate with Omni for shipments directly from the Omni warehouse

-Maintain a count of devices in inventory, including converter boxes, pre-production panels, and mass production panels

-Perform troubleshooting, updating, and repackaging of devices as necessary once they are received and ready to be shipped back out

-Resource is needed so that we can get devices to trailists, testers, developers, employees and other stakeholders as needed

-Resource will be the POC for device returns for employees that leave the company or move to other projects

-Serve as the primary device manager for Xumo TV that owns the tracking of incoming/outgoing hardware, for users such as app partners, employees, beta trialists

-Perform any troubleshooting, resetting, and/or repackaging as needed before needing to ship out hardware

-First line of defense for troubleshooting devices that have issues

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
