General Qualifications:

Position Objective:

• 
  Facilitate teambuilding groups using props, low and high elements, and debriefing conversations.
• Assist with facilitating all high ropes courses and canopy tour.
• Assist in curating teambuilding curriculum for each group.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

• High School graduate; College graduate preferred.
• Must be CPR/First Aid Certified.

Work Experience:

• Must have experience in facilitating teambuilding activities using initiatives, games, and low and high ropes activities.
• Prefer prior experience in curating teambuilding curriculum.

• Exceptional ability to lead guests in fast-paced/challenging situations with a strong focus on safety and detail.
• Ability to lead and teach various age groups with enthusiasm, patience, and clear instructions.
• Punctual and responsible.
• Must exhibit great interpersonal skills with people of all ages, including corporate adults.
• Must be a self-directed individual, able to operate with little supervision.
• Ability to engage in a variety of outdoor activities.
• A heart to serve where is needed and maintain an attitude of flexibility.

Physical Demands:

• The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
• Requires walking, sitting, and standing for 6-8 hours a day, in trees at height exceeding 150 feet.
• Requires lifting and transporting 25-50 lbs. of gear and equipment up and down stairs.
• Requires employee to ascend and/or descend ladders, stairs, cables, and trees using hands and feet.
• After training will have the ability to rescue a 250 lb. person from locations up to 150 feet above the ground using a variety of rescue techniques.

• Must agree to and comply with MHA’s employee driving guidelines for MHA-owned vehicles and use of personal vehicles for business purposes.
• Adherence to the basic principles as expressed in MHA’s mission, vision, culture code and standards of conduct.
• Adherence to company dress code and professional standards for personal grooming and appearance.
• Satisfactory completion of background investigation, or valid work permit, as well as ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
