We are seeking a Team Lead of Receiving in Wausau, WI at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The Team Lead of Receiving works in the Mail Room and the warehouse, leads day-to-day activities of receiving, messenger services, warehouse, and asset disposition. Leads, trains, educates, and motivates staff. Monitors staff to see that all aspects of receiving and delivery meet audit and Joint Commission standards. Monitors, recommends, and implements receiving opportunities. Team Leader will create departmental policies, procedures, Technician scheduling, and assist with workflows that align with recommended and accepted Supply Chain Management standards. Enhances business opportunities by interacting with staff and customers to see that outcomes are always positive, efficient, and costs remain low.

Experience/ Qualification:

• Knowledge of general office, distribution, and messenger service procedures normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in a business-related field recommended.
• Five years’ experience in related field recommended.
• Two years’ experience in dealing with medical equipment and supplies
• Possesses a valid in-State driver’s license with automobile liability insurance.
• Steel toe footwear when loading or unloading trucks on the loading dock or at the warehouse is required.
• Possesses a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required.

Hours: Full Time 1.0 FTE, Varied Shifts M-F others as needed, 80 hours per pay period. Benefits package available.
