Position: Team Lead, Part-Time

Pay: $12.00 + TIPS!

Customer Focused Operational Responsibilities (80%)

• Engagement of our customers and drivers will be key in this role, so bring your outgoing personality and smiles
• Greet guests and provide a memorable experience by guiding the customers or drivers
• Resolve guest issues and properly inform guests of cashless transactions and how our mobile ordering service works
• Share your positive high energy and enthusiasm with focus and commitment to exceed customers expectations.
• Represent MIX and yourself in a professional and courteous manner to our location partners at all times.
• Boots on the ground - collecting prepared food orders from our restaurant members, and assigning to their designated pickup areas
• Anticipates kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating the environment and responding to cues as necessary.
• Communicates status checks with restaurant members frequently
• Comfortable using technology (walkies, phone services, and web/kiosks) throughout all parts of assigned shifts.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Complete daily and weekly checklists as assigned
• Maintain the front of house Pick Up Center in a clean and orderly manner at all times by completing simple cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a proactive approach to the health, safety and security of all staff at all times
• Be vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary
• Not only will you work with our team members, you will be part of an overall team helping to support the success of our restaurant members

Supervisory Responsibilities (20%)

• Drive results and engagement by coaching Team Members
• Coordinating the timely and accurate completion of the team’s regular tasks, providing coaching, feedback and support where necessary
• Assist with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving feedback that is both direct and will continue to challenge team members to go above and beyond
• Ensures orders are received, fulfilled, and ‘out-the-door’ in a timely manner
• Acts as a resource for restaurant members to field concerns, feedback, and supply support as needed
• Reinforce a positive team environment, recognizing and communicating changes in morale or performance to the Assistant General Manager
• Take an active approach and assist with maintaining a functional facility by addressing maintenance issues and dispatching for support when required
• Ensures the pick up center is organized, clean, and a safe environment during each shift
• Anticipate customer & driver needs by regularly evaluating the environment and responding proactively as necessary

Requirements

• No previous experience required
• 18+ years and over
• High School Diploma or GED
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours (may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays)
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four - six hours in length
• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds on a regular basis
• Must obtain required food handlers card
