Villa San-Juliette is looking for a driven, hard-working, and reliable individual to join our team! General Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
· Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays
· Must be able to move tables and chairs as required by job duties
· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties

Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate will have previous experience and/or willingness to learn and grow
· Customer Service Oriented
· Positive attitude, clear communication skills, organized and highly motivated
· Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
· San Miguel, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities:
· Create a warm, professional and welcoming atmosphere
· Sets up and breaks down host stand; stocking necessary supplies
· Seating guests at tables with menus, glasses, and water; answering initial questions
· Communicate to servers when they have a new table
· Assist with special events as needed in tasting room
· Must be team oriented and collaborative
· Assist with all tasting room duties including, but not limited to, bussing tables, running food, rinsing & starting dishes, and ongoing side work
· Assist with moving, setting up, and breaking down tables and chairs as needed for large parties
· Represent the company and brand, professionally, graciously and enthusiastically at all times
· Answer phones and assist guest with booking new reservations or updating current reservations
· Maintain clear communication with Tasting Room Manager
· Other duties as assigned
