RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Onsite, immediate, key opportunity for experienced, enthusiastic, corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join growing organization and HR team recognized as an Employer of Choice and Great Place to Work in Studio City, CA location.
As a savvy Recruiter, you’ll be a key contributor on the talent acquisition team and add value to a variety of HR support functions.

Qualifications include:
· Minimum 5+ years of HR Recruitment /Talent Acquisition experience; experience sourcing technical talent a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including grammar and spelling.
· Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office Suite; intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
· Strong technical skills, experience and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems; experience using Ceridian Dayforce a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of employment related legislation
· HR Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) a plus; human resources experience preferred.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and extended hours as needed.
· Creative with a good sense of humor!
Responsibilities include:
· Source, screen, interview job applicants; review applications/resumes; administer appropriate assessments; make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
· Serve as primary recruiter for the sourcing of IT and technical talent.
· Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure staffing.
· Create/ensure a high-touch, positive applicant experience consistent with MPI’s brand.
· Prepare and maintain updated job descriptions.
· Thoroughly check references to effectively vet candidates.
· Track resume flow and provide reports as needed to improve the sourcing of quality candidates and improve recruitment practices.
· Advise and consult with managers on staffing needs and issues.
· Coordinate and participate in job fairs and facilitate Summer Intern program.
· Local candidates only; relocation not provided. Position works onsite in Studio City, CA.
· Submissions will be reviewed; only candidates most closely matching the requirements of the position will be contacted.
·MPI does not file visa petitions or sponsor applicants for work visas in this job classification.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $80,000-110,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
