POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Coordinator, you will work directly with managing MPC’s strategic TA programs in collaboration with the campus recruiting team and TA Leadership. This role oversees activities and processes strategically focused on the attraction and engagement objectives related to MPC’s DE&I strategy. This role is instrumental in coordinating diverse recruitment programs while working as a liaison to engage appropriate stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages enterprise Internship/Co-Op Program in collaboration with campus recruiting team to include coordinating virtual programming and monitor programming effectiveness.

Advises Internal Co-Op Advisory Board (ICAB) by sharing best practices to promote business unit specific programs, creates resources and training (in collaboration with HR stakeholders) to support mentor and supervisor experience and plan annual program kick-off.

Coordinates and leads implementation of diversity recruiting programs to include bridge events, military outreach (USO), national expos, and planning for other developmental community partner programs.

Serves as a liaison to engage appropriate stakeholders in workforce development initiatives (i.e., high school programs).

Collaborates with campus recruiters and supervisor to facilitate campus program selections annually.

Facilitates processing of approved campus funding budget in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leadership.

Partners with campus recruiting team to maintain relevant Sharepoint or Teams collaboration sites.

Assists with day-to-day review of recruiting collateral in partnership with campus teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications.

Four (4) or more years of program management experience, preferably related to talent acquisition.

Client facing capabilities with a proven ability to build solid relationships.

TRAVEL:
Will be required of this role and during the on-campus recruiting season (September-October and mid-January to end of February) can be up to 80-90% of the business week. Outside of the on-campus recruiting season travel may be up to 10%
