We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for recruiting top talent! The Talent Acquisition Partner at DRB is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners on best-in-class recruiting processes and initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and implementing effective recruiting strategies across the organization. This is a Hybrid opportunity based in Akron, OH.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Drive the recruitment process by consulting and advising hiring managers on the overall hiring process, collaborating on job requisition details, and ensuring diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
- Source talented and diverse candidates through a variety of recruitment methods and tools including LinkedIn, online job boards, social media sites, college career centers, employee referrals, and networking events; Partner with Vontier Talent Acquisition team to leverage recruitment tools and best practices.
- Effectively screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open roles.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience through developing relationships with candidates and providing timely communication and feedback.
- Partner with technical schools, universities, and professional networks to develop key talent pipelines.
- Lead and facilitate the summer internship program.
- Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment metrics and reports.
- Maintain knowledge of the business and talent market demographics.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
- 4+ years of corporate or in house recruiting experience
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting for technical, engineering, and professional level roles
- Must have experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Experience working in a high growth environment is preferred
- Proven ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Ability to work with data and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience at building successful and productive relationships with key stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
