Our human resources team has a rare opening for a full-time professional to help acquire the best talent for our company. This critical position’s responsibilities include fostering strong partnerships with management to recruit and select the best candidates for open positions and promotional opportunities; conducting interviews; providing ideas for process improvements; training managers on the use of our applicant tracking software as well as the company’s hiring policies and procedures; assisting with career fairs and training career fair ambassadors.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in human resources, business administration, or social sciences; OR if no degree, at least two years of talent acquisition experience.
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
- Prior talent acquisition experience with a full-service A/E professional services
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance issues related to recruiting including affirmative action
- Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with managers to select outstanding candidates for open positions
- Experience with applicant tracking software (iCIMS a plus)
- Experience attending career fairs
- HR certification
