Shift: M-F 8 Am To 5 Pm

Note: This is Hybrid Position

Pay Rate $50/hr.

Job description:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.

• Typically has 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Technical certifications in the specialty area, such as CISCO or Microsoft.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

• Ability to effectively present information.

• Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

• Under general to broad supervision, manages and allocates infrastructure resources by monitoring and maintaining system platforms in support of CBRE's information technology operations. Provides primary support for Asset Management functions (license administration, CMDB entry, Application management).

• Troubleshoots and resolves system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provides corrective actions.

• Monitors systems activities and fine tunes system parameters and configuration to optimize performance and ensure security of systems. Provides expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture.

• Engages with application development teams on current infrastructure projects

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
