Salary: $75,000-$95,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

Systems Engineer Description
Our client, a provider of managed IT services, is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical escalation point, responsible for resolving complex issues and maintaining system operation and functionality for a diverse set of clients. Additionally, you will lead a small team of support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring their successful completion. You will be tasked with recommending cutting-edge hardware and software and developing systems management and communication strategies to optimize performance. Systems Engineer Responsibilities
- Create, deploy, and maintain IT systems for clients
- Manage the implementation of client-premise network wiring and
- Review system architecture and functionality to ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements
- Design and implement high availability (HA) and Load Balancing solutions
- Implement remote monitoring and management solutions
- Manage and maintain Web, Email, Application, and Database servers
- Design, implement, and support robust storage and disaster recovery systems
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements
- Provide technical assistance and mentorship to junior team members
Systems Engineer Qualifications
- 5+ years of systems administration/engineering experience required
- Active Directory experience required
- Exchange Online (MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) experience required
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware technologies required
- Client facing experience required
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects required
