Responsibilities
Greets and welcomes patients and general public who call into the facility in a courteous manner while adhering to the policies and guidelines of the organization. Provides direction and information both internally and externally.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.Preferred: Vocational training in office curriculum. 1-2 years experience in customer service and switchboard or multi-line telephone answering. Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance. May be required to work weekends or overtime.
