Swim School Customer Care Professional
Job description
As a Key member of the team, your role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to parents and children who are enrolled in our swim school programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for parents and children and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our swim instructors and management team to ensure that our swim school programs are running smoothly and that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously
- Greet parents and children in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with information about our swim school programs
- Assist with the enrollment process by answering questions, completing registration, and collecting payments
- Schedule swim lessons for children and ensure that they are assigned to appropriate levels
- Monitor the progress of children in our swim programs and communicate with parents regularly to provide updates on their child's progress
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our swim instructors to ensure that our swim programs are running smoothly and that our customers are satisfied with their experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and payments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a swim school or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with parents, children, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred, but not required)
Working Conditions:
This position requires working in an indoor pool environment, which may involve exposure to chlorine and other pool chemicals. The position may also require standing for extended periods, as well as bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds. This position may require working evenings and weekends to accommodate our swim school schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
