Job description

Are you a great swimmer who loves Autonomy and Flexibility, looking for a meaningful side gig? Swimmers with special needs are waiting for you in Hawthorne! Swim Teachers or (ex-)competitive swimmers: work 1:1 with ‘All-abilities'. Flexible weekend hours up to 12/wk, $26-$30/hr DOE. Bring your skills and love of swimming, we provide the adaptive training. Make a difference in quality of life for some great kids. Rewarding work and maximum autonomy. DAYS/TIMES: Weekends morning through afternoon; weekdays except Friday 2-630pm.

Responsibilities

Teach swim safety & skills. Learn & use science-based techniques to improve coordination, focus, sensory processing, and quality of life.

Qualifications

Min 6 months swim teaching experience OR at least 1 year competitive swimming experience.

Note: Indeed only gives the option for a 4 hour shift in the listing, but 5-7 hours shifts are available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
