Surgical Technician CVOR
Responsibilities:
- CVOR Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Atherectomy, Atrial Septal defect repair, Carotid endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graf, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Femoral popliteal bypass graf, Mitral valve replacement,
- Pericardial window
- General, Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, GYN, Vascular
- Certified Surgical Technologist; Certification in Operating Room Technology
- Assemble and make available all necessary supplies according to requirements of thepatient and surgical procedure.
- Provide special equipment before, during, and after surgical procedure, as needed.
- Position patient; adjust table and accessories, as required for procedure.
- Follow OSHA and MSH P&P/guidelines by using appropriate PPE in the surgical suite.
- Prepare operative area and assist in draping as directed.
