CaroMont Surgical Associates is recruiting a highly qualified individual to join our nine-surgeon group which includes three fellowship trained Surgical Critical Care Surgeons. Our SCC surgeons manage our Level III trauma program and Surgical ICU. We are seeking our fourth fellowship trained trauma surgeon to join our growing team. All surgeons within the group take both trauma and general surgery call and enjoy 24/7/365 support of an excellent team of Advanced Practice Providers. This position also offers the opportunity for a busy elective practice in a fast-paced growing market.

CaroMont Regional Medical Center is a 435-bed acute care hospital and will open a new, 50-bed critical are tower in 2022. CRMC is a NC-designated Level III Trauma Center with outstanding support from Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery as well as Administration. The emergency Department sees more than 100,000 patients per year and is staffed by full-time, Board Certified ED Physicians.

Qualified candidates must be board certified or board eligible in surgical critical care with a desire to make significant contributions to a dynamic program. Individuals completing a surgical critical care fellowship are encouraged to apply. The position offers:
