Austin Eye is an ophthalmology/eye surgeon practice providing state-of-the-art eye care and eye surgery for the Austin community.

Our Surgical Expeditors primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1 Providing safe and efficient transport of patients within our surgical center

2 Assisting with patient discharge

3 Assisting with receiving and organizing supplies

4 Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the operating rooms and surgical center

5 Assisting the nurses and doctors as needed within the surgical center

This position is best suited to someone who has excellent communication skills, is physically capable of moving patients and supplies that may at times be heavy, enjoys staying busy throughout the day, can multi-task, is detail-oriented, and who enjoys working with people in-general. We need you to be personable, reliable, honest and detail-oriented. High school degree required.

The candidate will need to be available to work every Monday through Thursday from Noon-6:00 pm. No weekends. All work will be at our location on 2700 Bee Cave Road, Austin, TX 78746.
