Surety Account Specialist in Philadelphia!

Our Philadelphia Pennsylvania office is looking for an entry level candidate who is well organized, detail oriented, enjoys the teamwork environment and is a process driven business professional to fill our Surety Account Specialist role.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Consent of Surety Final Payment documents, prequalification letters, riders, and other documents required by clients.
  • Prepare General Indemnity Agreements/Bond Applications.
  • Run expiration lists and update the corresponding records, according to client’s wishes and needs.
  • Maintain accurate electronic bond files as well as financial documents.
  • Invoice and maintain account receivables/payables.
  • Handle countersignature requirements.
  • Update client information following renewal completion.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Previous work experience in fields such as (but not limited to) bank teller, loan processer, claims processor, real estate work.
  • Process driven business focus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively interpret a variety of instructions including multiple variables

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $53,00 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
