Support Staff Technician (customer service, receptionist)
Job description
Position Overview: The Support Staff is primarily responsible for interfacing with customers and coordinating their needs with CPA service providers. This positions’ responsibilities include but are not limited to the following listed.
Part-Time: $16-$18 DOE In our Chehalis Office
DOE - "Depends on Experience"
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing phone and email communications
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
- Assisting in the logistical delivery and packaging of service products.
- Assisting in work-flow process.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: An associate degree in any business-related discipline. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in customer service/receptionist is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
