Support Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

The Support Specialist will oversee and assist the Therapy Staffing branch in the handling of job duties such as inputting and following up with Therapy clients and providers, helping initiate and maintain provider relations through the credentialing process, oversee timesheet and payroll approvals, and other general administrative duties. The Support Specialist has the opportunity to move into a management promotional track as a Staffing Consultant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle the entry of new candidates into our system
• Post job listings and review metrics/analytics
• Weekly timesheet audits & checks
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new therapy staff
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients
• Effectively manage and complete time-bound priorities
• Help with coordination of start of care procedures
• Assisting with general daily administrative duties

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Google Suite

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
