Position: Support Administrator – Inventory Management
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Compensation: $22/hr-$25/hr, DOE
Hours: 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri
Training: 4-6 weeks (paid) Who we are:

Summary:
  • Manage project tasks identified by the Site Manager to improve the performance of processes and deliverables
  • Deal with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Liaise with customers to resolve Issues, answer questions, etc.
  • Perform various actions, reporting and input of information on software system as required
  • Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information
Requirements:
  • Ability to successfully pass a full drug screen and background check
  • Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
  • Strong technical ability
  • Tech savvy
  • Previous experience using software systems e.g., SAP, Microsoft Projects, MS Office Suite with a moderate to high proficiency in Excel
  • Good Interpersonal skills with ability to deliver a high deliver a high level of customer service in a friendly and polite manner
  • Flexible, reliable, hard-working with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with extended periods on your feet
