SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst role will be focused within our network inventory planning team in Oak Park Heights. They will be responsible for managing and driving continuous improvement for the assigned responsibilities within the Andersen Logistics Network. This role will have a balance of daily tactical responsibilities that will be vital to the day-to-day, along with the opportunity to drive how processes should look in their future state. This individual will be expected to balance priorities from multiple groups simultaneously while maintaining a positive customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creation of and reporting on Daily Order Execution metrics
  • Daily analysis and communication of inventory positions
  • Effective prioritization of needs/requests of internal and external customers, capacity, preferences, and systems in a timely manner while meeting key performance metrics and financial goals.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate teams to meet objectives
  • Aptitude to learn multiple ERP systems and utilize on a daily basis to execute daily responsibilities.
  • Create successful relationships with both upstream and down stream partners within the Andersen Supply Chain.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects related to both warehouse operations and network flow of inventory.
  • Responsible for escalating issues and identifying root cause within the Andersen Supply Chain team.
  • Integrate ad hoc duties as required due to changing business conditions
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • 4-year degree in engineering, business, or Supply Chain
  • Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
  • Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Office, and report writing
  • Ability to critically assess situations and solve cross functional problems
  • Flexibility to changing business conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
