Principal responsable de velar por el cumplimiento de los deberes y responsabilidades de los empleados.

Debe tener un manejo adecuado de los alimentos para los pacientes.

Responsable del buen uso y manejo del equipo.

Preferiblemente debe tener conocimiento en el departamento de dietas de un hospital o estar familiarizado con el vocabulario de dietistas para poder confeccionar un buen servicio de alimentos.
