• Performs skilled precision work while also supervising and coordinating activities of skilled, semi-skilled, and/or unskilled workers.
• Maintains and repairs heating and air-conditioning systems; operation equipment; electrical and mechanical system; playground equipment; physical structures of building, etc.
• Implements approved work, training and safety program.
• Requests tools equipment, and supplies; and submits work reports.
• Assists with budget estimates.
• Screens applications, interview job applicants, and recommends new hires, premonitions, pay raises and other personnel actions.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in building maintenance including three (3) years on a supervisory or lead worker position.

3. Hold, or be able to qualify for, such certificates and/or licenses as may be required by Federal, State and City Government.
