Job Purpose
Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the overall activities for the Filing Enforcement Team
Job Duties
- Hire and support a team that exemplifies high initiative, adaptability, constructive ideas, and team spirit
- Determine section priorities, goals, and strategies to help streamline processes
- Partner with other sections and external sources to determine best practices
- Acquire and maintain tax and/or process knowledge
- Develop and maintain procedures and create employee standards and dashboards
- Create and analyze statistical reports for trends and potential problems
- A high school diploma and relevant work experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services
- A bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience
- Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Background Check: SCDOR employees are required to comply with all SCDOR tax requirements and are subject to a National Criminal Background Check to include fingerprinting.
