Wood is recruiting for a Substation Field Support Advisor position in MIdland, Taxes.
Responsibilities include:
- Field support for all substation PM work. Including leading all switching activities, managing Permitting, and writing switching procedures
- Day to day correspondence and coordination with client representatives
- Day to day coordination with crews Assist planner/scheduler in updating work completed and develop scheduling and planning for upcoming work packages
- Assist program team with budget and proposal requests
- Quality, safety, and financial performance of projects
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Familiar with scheduling logic and the process of construction a schedule (MS Project and/or Primavera P6 scheduling software a plus)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
- Able to effectively communicate (English) in verbal and written forms
- BS in construction science or similiar major OR comparable work experience
- Self Starter/Self Motivator
- Attention to detail a MUST
