We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Studio Manager to join our team, a body-neutral, inclusive, and empowering women's kickboxing and fitness studio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment for all women and will quickly transition from part-time to full-time hours once trained.

We aren't like your typical gym. Body-neutral means we don't talk about weightloss, bodies, etc. Our focus is on the joy of movement, the intrinsic benefits, and how it can make you feel confident and strong.

Our Studio Manager will have the flexibility to work a mix of on-site (at both locations which are only about 20-25 minutes apart) and remote hours, ensuring the smooth operation of our space.

Experience in kickboxing or fitness instruction is a plus, as the Studio Manager will receive training to coach classes and provide coverage when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Uphold our mission – Embrace and promote our body-neutral, inclusive, and friendly environment for all women.
• Manage budgets, enhance profitability, and handle inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized space, ensuring equipment and facilities are ready for classes.
• Greet and welcome members and visitors, ensuring a professional and tidy environment.
• Social Media: Capture daily photos for social media posting. Create engaging content for our members-only group and post upcoming events.
• Staff management: Onboard, train, and communicate important announcements to new staff members. Address concerns, manage scheduling, ensure staff well-being, and celebrate milestones.
• Member Management: Foster raving fans by onboarding new members and retaining current ones. Communicate essential information, address issues, and integrate members into our community. Celebrate member milestones, plan engaging events, and build relationships.
• Studio Maintenance: Manage and organize inventory, maintain daily cleanliness, and ensure equipment functionality. Report or fix maintenance issues and actively seek improvements.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
