As our Strategy Associate (m/f), you will help to shape the 1 to 3-year strategy of RIB Software by delivering a series of strategic marketing projects involving acquisitions and partnerships, product portfolio, competitive analysis, market analysis, sustainability, and preparing strategy presentations. This position can be performed at any RIB Location within Europe.

Your new area of responsibility:
▪ Analyze and prepare strategy slides on the AEC Software market
▪ Prepare competitive analyses of strategic competitors and lead the marketing community on competitive intelligence
▪ Analyze and prepare summaries of acquisition targets and key potential partnerships
▪ Help prepare the Sustainability strategy
▪ Work closely with product management to assist with the product portfolio strategy and roadmap
▪ Prepare sales enablement tools
▪ Support the incubation of 1-2 new strategic initiatives for the RIB Software groupYour

Profile:
▪ University graduate degree required. MBA preferred, Focus on Management, Strategic Marketing
▪ 1-2 years of experience in the AEC software industry is preferred
▪ Strong market research skills (competitive intelligence, market reports, annual reports, industry groups, company analysis,…)
▪ Analytical skills to help size markets, opportunities, prepare recommendations
▪ Basic Finance skills (income statement, balance sheet)
▪ Advanced Skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
▪ Experience with customers, sales or product management in the AEC software industry is a plus

Salary: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
