Role Summary
The Strategic Wellbeing Advisor will work collaboratively with large and/or complex National Account clients to develop and evaluate wellbeing strategies that drive an inclusive workplace culture.

General Responsibilities

Partner with client, consultant, and vendor partners regarding wellbeing strategy design

Collaborate with client and matrix partners to design, implement, measure, and/or modify innovative pilots and projects

Liaise across key stakeholders to drive cohesive wellbeing strategies

Translate data into accountable strategies based on client-identified goals and priorities

Develop health equity strategies that reduce barriers for historically marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGTBQIA+, low SES, etc.)

Utilize segmentation data to inform population health insights

Advise on best practices for a diverse and dispersed workforce that foster engagement

Assume role of trusted advisor on emerging well-being trends and health promotion vendor landscape

Demonstrate mastery of Cigna health engagement products, tools and resources
Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in health promotion/well-being field

Industry Certification such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, etc. is preferred

Masters Degree in health education, health promotion, or related field, preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to develop well-being strategies and engagement solutions

Highly skilled in presenting data and influencing others

Self-directed, with ability to successfully engage with internal and external matrix partners

Must be willing to travel as needed (less than 30%) to support key client meetings

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 83,700 - 139,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
