Plato's Closet Frisco is hiring a Store Manager in Training! This is a 6 month to 1 year program that leads to Store Manager position. This job will include training in all aspects of the business including:

• Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and sales promotions.

• Help develop and maintain a schedule of promotions centered on bi-monthly events and traffic drivers.

• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product selection and service within the store.

• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement buying plans and standards to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.

• Implement cross-training of employees and Shift Managers to maintain productivity at all times.

• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.

• Work with Training Manager to hire & train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
