Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all employees are working and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee schedule to ensure availability and coverage.
- Train employees on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Manage employees' performance as employees work to achieve store sales objectives.
- Uphold safety standards.
- Anticipate customer needs in order to build relationships with customers.

Pay: $55,524.00 - $59,934.00 per year
