** HIRING SENIOR GMs and GENERAL MANAGERS at MOLLY PITCHER TRAVEL PLAZA in CRANBURY NJ - STARBUCKS, SHAKE SHACK, CHIK-FIL-A and PANDA EXPRESS! **

The Senior General Manager/GM is responsible for assisting the Plaza Director in operating assigned brands or concepts with responsibility for P&L, staffing and training along with meeting or exceeding KPIs.

We are looking for a results driven developer of talent who wants to grow quickly in their career! The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage teams effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in high volume food and beverage operations, QSR and/or drive thru experience. Store manager responsibilities will include supervising assistant managers, supervisors and hourly associates in our Starbucks store.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ experience, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• High standards for food safety and quality assurance. Thanks
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise
• Be a shining example of high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
