Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Central Sterile Technician at our facility you will play a vital role in maintaining competent care delivery to patients in our perioperative settings. Our team is amazing and we consider ourselves a family, we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role:

• You will assemble all necessary equipment and supplies to meet patient and surgeon needs.
• You will use knowledge of microbiology, instrumentation and hand cleaning techniques of equipment and machines.
• You will be able to print appropriate doctors preference list, assemble case cart and fill requisitions.
• You will be responsible for operating sterilizers, aerators and their monitoring cleaning.

Qualifications:

• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.

• Must have CRCST certification or equivalent experience in all areas of sterile processing.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
