Title: Staffing Coordinator - Non-Medical Home Care Agency (Part-Time)

Location: Salinas, CA

We are a leading non-medical home care agency seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Salinas, CA. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $22 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our clients to determine their care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Schedule and coordinate the caregivers' schedules based on the clients' care plans and availability
• Communicate with the caregivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes to their assignments
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules, availability, and client care plans
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all staffing needs are met and that we are providing exceptional care to our clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in healthcare or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with scheduling software preferred
