Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities of the Staffing Coordinator:

• Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month.

• Assist with finding call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.

• Answer phones, assist visitors and residents, and relay communications.

• Carry out additional administrative support as needed, including but not limited to:

Requirements of the Staffing Coordinator:

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
