About the Role
- Lead research & deliver high-quality risk assessments or conclusions on new blockchain technologies & decentralized finance (DeFi) models.
- Research & develop software/infrastructure for blockchain security vulnerabilities to enhance other associated features on top of formal verification/static analysis/fuzzing methods.
- Build & implement mathematical models to analyze potential ecosystem or tokenomics issues in DeFi/blockchain/distributed system projects.
- Design & develop software for DeFi projects' simulations with parameters fit by historical data.
- Analyze abnormal transactions in blockchain systems, explore possible impacts on blockchain projects or DeFi environment & build tools to automate the analysis process.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering or a related field.
- High expertise in developing large-scale numerical simulations with computational algorithms & building/implementing mathematical models/prototyping.
- Expert software development skills with C/C++/Python.
- Strong ability to analyze new technologies in-depth & direct further development with excellent technical research skills.
The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.
