POSITION: Staff Developer/Shared Data Expert - 3 positions (FT)
PROGRAM: ESS - School Data Bank Services
BASE LOCATION: Instructional Support Center @ Sequoya (ISCS)
Holtsville, New York
REGION SERVICED: Suffolk County, New York
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze student New York State assessments, common assessments, and third-party assessment data to support districts in utilizing data as a basis for informing instruction, curriculum planning, and the decision-making process

Develop and facilitate district and regional data informed educational workshops, training, and collegial shares for administrators and teachers
-
Engage and collaborate with district and internal staff to anticipate and support individualized data needs
-
Responsible for utilizing the results of data analysis to support educational goals, roundtable discussions, and data inquiry

Supports a welcoming and affirming environment and treats all with respect and dignity
SALARY: $60,698.00*
START DATE: July 10, 2023
Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
NYS Professional/Permanent Teaching Certification - Required
-
Master’s Degree - Required
-
Three-years of satisfactory teaching experience - Required

Experience in using Excel, technology, web-based tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment
