Job Summary

The Staff Accountant – GL is responsible for the financial reporting and routine administration of accounting policies and procedures as they are related to the agency’s financial activities.

Monday - Friday 8a-4p

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with financial reporting for KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with monthly financial statements for KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with monitoring monthly assets and depreciation for KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with posting cash receipt and accounts payable batches to Great Plains for KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with monitoring and recording of all monthly je’s, sje’s, and all other expenses for KINEXION and Affiliates (including medical, insurance, vehicle, etc…)
• Assists with bank reconciliations for KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with Monitoring intercompany transactions between KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with annual 990 and CFR for KINEXION and Affiliates
• Assists with quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting
• All other duties assigned

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• Three years of accounting experience
• Analytical ability
• Intermediate Excel and Word experience required
• Valid NYS Drivers License
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
