This position is located in Borger, Texas, U.S.A. and is not available for remote work.

What you will do:

• Provide technical and business support for Borger Nitrogen Operations.
• Technical resource planning, development of projects, process and controls engineering & design, execution of MOC’s, Process Safety Management (PSM), and Process Control & DCS.
• Manage process, process controls and instrumentation engineering resources.
• Ensure adherence of Borger to Nutrien's Process Safety Requirements.
• Champion PSM processes at Borger, ensuring PHA's are completed per schedule.
• Work with and participate in Corporate PSM network.
• Work with Borger Production Manager to support the development of long-term Operations plans and production goals.

What you will bring:

• B Sc in Chemical Engineering as a minimum.
• Ten years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to relate with people at all levels within the company.
• In depth understanding of Nutrien's PSM Program.
• Sound knowledge of operations production facilities (Ammonia preferred) with specific knowledge of Borger's personnel organization, processes, equipment, feedstock and existing MMS elements
• Sound understanding of Nutrien's MOC program
• Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
• Approved to work in the United States of America.
