Michigan and other states not CA or NY: $105,026-$135,916 plus annual bonus

California: $113,420-$146,779 plus annual bonus

New York: $119,669- $154,866 plus annual bonus

Location: Ada, MI (or remote from MI, CA, WA, CO, GA, IL, FL, TX, NY, NJ, NC)

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Developer that wants to hone their skills and lead the development team for one of our mission-critical ABO applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for high-level development work on our Coreplus portal and web components that our top ABOs use to manage their businesses. These include tracking tools to track how the ABOs are trending for their rewards. You will also be working on enhancements using continuous integration and deployment processes. We are looking for a level of innovation and self-motivation from you. Your ability to work collaboratively will be valued in this role as you work broadly with many internal clients and markets.

This is a Senior position, geared towards helping our other developers stay on track with their goals while still providing your own high-level work. In other words, this is a 1st level leadership role.

Required qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience with web component development
• AWS (Lambda, etc.) for custom API development and solutions
• Git and GitHub for source code management
• Docker for containerized development

Skills to be successful in the role:

We’ll need you to have superior knowledge and experience in terms of developing web components. You’ll also need to understand and be comfortable with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

What’s special about this team:

This team is responsible for building Global core application components for other Amway. This team is responsible for the market implementation of GCC components, Coreplus portal market launches. The overall team is made up of Software Developers, Scrum Master, QA Testers, and Analysts. They have a cross-functional partnership with our Global Sales team. They enjoy a lean, Agile work environment, and they are led by Hema, the Manager of ABO Product Engineering Biz Mgt & Tools.
